uhm sprinting 100m help...?!?

okay so im a sprinter. sophomore girl. i finished ast spring with a 100m time of 13.5. but i wanna improve my time to about a 12.8 by the time spring season starts in march. so far ive been running hills and stairs every mon,wed,and fri after practice. and on tues and thurs i do squats and lunges with 20lb weights. im not sure if my plan is really working so i need some advice. thankss
