Ok so what exactly defines a rational number?? In terms of fractions (a/b) is a rational number if what? It doesnt have a repeating decimal?? such as 1/2. (3/1) is a rational number correct since it is merely 3? what about1/3? Anyone know if there is a way to factor a rational number (a/b) into a product of rational numbers?
