The National Weather Service expects overnight snow to turn in to sleet and rain just as people head to work tomorrow morning.
“The morning commute is gonna be ugly,” said Alan Dunham, a Weather Service meteorologist.
Dunham said commuters should plan for a longer — and slower — trip to work.
Still, this storm won’t come close to last month’s blizzard, with four to six inches expected in Boston and 10 to 14 inches possible in northern parts of Worcester County.
The Weather Service says the risk of coastal flooding and beach erosion is low, a relief for many after a rough couple months.
