ugh, weird problem that i could use some help with?

ok, in my studyhall in school, thers this girl i like, who i think sorta likes me, but thers another guy that she really likes, but he couldnt honesly care about her ( hes one of the peaple whos usd to being able to get whoever they want...

( im in 8th grade, shes in 7th. and hes also in 8th.)
 
You are very young. Just talk to her. Girls at your age are fickle though, as well as guys so just be prepared for both the best and the worst. I am sure that you have a good shot though. She could end up liking you alot instead of him
