Being passionate and being good are not same. An engineer can be passionate about art but wouldn't have any talent to perform... Or a doctor can be passionate about surgery but his hands would be shaky.
You might want to talk to your academic adviser for guidance. Still do your best to pass. I hope you do pass.

...never understood it.? why doesnt any of this information stick with me. i feel like im trying to learn a foreign language. im so frsutrated and this is the only class i am having trouble passing and its my last chance. if i dont pass ill get kicked out of my major..and nursing is my biggest passion :( im so stressed

The best way to learn chemistry is to do problems. Just keep doing them until you get it. It might take you longer but if you put in the time it will pay off. Besides, once you get past this hurdle your home free; nursing does not involve anymore chemistry courses; at least in Canada anyway. Chemistry isn't hard but it isn't meant to be easy either; it involves a fair amount of studying to do well so don't feel too bad about yourself. You'll get it eventually.

You might want to talk to your professor and go over exactly what you don't understand. There are times where chemistry can be confusing but normally it is very easy to sort out in no time with the right attitude.
