i started going to the gym last month (october) and i was going pretty routinely. i tried balancing it out with classes so i went to the gym one hour a day 3x a week. then i got a job in the middle and i had to stop so my routine just cut down a lot. i feel really bad but now i just absolutely have no time to go the gym, is there any way i can lose weight when i come back home? i dont have any sort of gym equipment also... thanks
