I have been having some trouble with my EVO 4G. It kept restarting. It would turn on....Make it all the way to the 4g screen, stay there for a while....then restart. Hmph. The sprint folks told me to try a hard reset. So, I did my recovery at the boot screen, and it failed. After the failure, the phone started, though. So I was okay with this. Whenever the phone turns off I have to do this. It did it again this morning. So, I went to recovery, and now it just stays on the recovery screen with the error "E: Cannot open cache/recovery/command." I can't get my phone to turn on. Please help!
If you look at the picture, the ONLY and I mean ONLY message I get is the one line "E: Cannot Open Cache/Recovery/Command." There is no menu up top or any messages below. Please help.
