Check out Fire in the Sky (1993)Its a really good alien abduction story also Alien abduction:the macpherson tapes its in the style of blair witch, its quite cheap but worth a look lol

UFO movies?

Plan 9 From Outer Space is the best.

Invasion Of The Saucer Men is second best.

It Conquered The World briefly has an UFO but the rest of it focuses on a cave-dwelling carrot-shaped monster from Venus, although it's still ace.

How about "The Day the Earth Stood Still" 1951 classic starring Michael Renee where the Flying Saucer lanRAB in Washington DC and Gort the robot vapourises the threatening tanks and weapons (...and the recent remake with Keanu Reeves).

Wouldn't see it myself.

I lost interest in 'movies' once effects became wholly inorganic. The film-making got universally swept up with the homogenousness too at that point.
