ucla cross country camp ?

Hey I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the ucla cross country camp like the basic schedule and how benificial it is. I'm looking to hopefully go to ucla for college and hopefully running cross country there but i still have a couple or so years ahead o me. my best time is 18:45 and i know if i fix my form i can come down in time alot...Do you think i will be able to keep up and how intense is it? i'm used to running 7 or 8 miles at a time and the farthest ive run is eleven miles, but i have also gotten shin splints from over running
