UB40 is an epic band

I have to admit I was unconvinced of how much I liked them when my friend would usually play UB40 when I came over and we got high about twenty-six years ago. But that music has always kept playing in my head over the years and intrigued me.

Cherry oh Baby and Red, Red Wine are great songs.

Now that I've gone back to that music, it doesn't sound like the songs that have been inside me. Maybe I just haven't found the right album, and also, I haven't gotten high for about twenty-five years now.

I'm listening to an album of theirs that I've never heard before and I really love the fifth song on it. It's 1993 UB40 Promises and Lies and the song is Higher Ground.
