Uae Labour Law - Limited contract to Freezone visa, Immigration ban to Free zone Visa ?

My contract is for 3 years limited in dubai. I have completed 2 years. I want to apply in free zone. my employer will not give NOC. they will put one year ban. if they put one year ban i can apply in freezone?. how i will come to know is it immigration ban or labour ban?
