UAE LABOR LAW INCONSISTENT? WHY THE LABOR LEGAL COUNSEL GIVE ADVISE CONTRARY TO

WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE LAW? I am working as engineer in a contracting co. from Sept 28 2008, as of now my status is very confusing.My boss VERBALLY told me June 10, 2009 that I have to look for other job, and I am only unitl July 10. After 2 weeks they said July 10, is still tentative. but eventually they offered me salary which is very low, I did not accept. They said if I dont agree with the new salary offered then no need for me to report, therefore I am terminated. But until now, I have not yet received any TERMINATION PAPER? I went to labor office and they told me I am entitled fraction of my Annual leave(2days/mo), 30 salary for termination period and the money they deducted as bank guarantee. Why the legal counsel told me yesterday, NO MORE 30 DAYS SALARY FOR TERMINATION NOTICE. only plane ticket and annual leave.. Why do they have different advice?? my boss is still no giving me anything they just told me to wait. But they dont want me to report to office as they told me I am already terminated. (BUT NO TERMINATION PAPER?)
