u10i how to flash with setool

i have u10i. i would like to flash with setool..
i have already the flashfile..but if i identify or flash its an error...
here the logs:

tanx sir roney, i do what you say in that link but..i put the corect file..i check on the setting tab signed mode, cust. after flash. but same problem.
anyway my u10i is cid 81.and my file is r7ba084 generic_ra_redbrownblue_cid_81_80_52_49_db3350.software.
and im using setool v1.01 and not activated

even IDENTIFY or FLASH only one error.....

ows...what this...hehehe.that is my big problem sir.. no chance to buy credits to activate...anyway tanx very very bro...RTO
