You will never get 10+ surveys a week, no matter what your setting are at. When I started the site, I rarely got surveys, but later on I ended up getting more and more surveys. Never more than 1-2 a week. So just wait and soon you'll probably end up getting some at some point.
Also, the surveys never take very long and most likely you won't qualify for any of them, but you still get points. Almost all my surveys I didn't qualify for but the points still end up adding up.
