there are many ways of coaching, and especially in a sport like soccer/football imho it's important that one can fully develop in an atmosphere not too competitive in a young age - just look at the brasilians: they play for fun and love to fool around - then they reach pro-level and are taught technique and disciplin! However, the love for the game comes first!
