U.S. student studying abroad at University of Toronto?

I am going to be a high school senior in the U.S. and I want to study abroad at the University of Toronto. Does anyone know how do I get financial aid? I read online about the U.S. FFELP and the Federal Stafford Loan Program, but I am extremely confused about them. Where does the FAFSA come in?

Also, does anybody have any experience or knowledge about school after undergrad at U of T? Would it be difficult to study postgrad back in the U.S. or finding a job? Should I stay in Canada?

Im not really sure on all the other stuff, But I would stay in Canada. America tends to make it challenging nowdays for foreign students to come to school in the USA.
Im British and Im attending Arizona State University. I love it, but since im not American I have to pay more. Kinda blows.
I was thinking of going to a college in British Columbia actually.
