Oh look, it's the person that calls other people idiots then comes up with this bullshit post. Typical.
 
Afanasi: I don't have a grudge with that description, but the 'other factors' are probably a LOT more important that the community reinvestment act, or whatever the fuck it was called. And it's possible that this never played a part.

I'd make a minor note to the end though...because we did have a recession right at the beginning of 2000 that didn't see the collapse we have now. It was after that recession that this house of cards was built to easily with assistance from laws that passed both in the 90's and 00's.

I'd say it's naive to say only 7 years ago did the problem begin. But rather that the whole scope of the past is responsible for the time when it happened.
