In schenck vs. united states(1919), the supreme court decided that a "clear and present danger to the country allowed he federal government to
1. establish a peacetime draft
2. restrict first amendment rights
3. suspend habeas corpus
4. limit minority voting rights
 
Yeah this is America. Theres always a loophole.
But we have laws protecting us from the draft and racism.
But the most important ones there, 2 and 3 can still be restricted by our corrupt government in indirect and unusually clever ways.

Look it up man. Its no good...
