I just saw a report about the percentage of births this year,with 52 percent to whites,25 percent to hispanics and bla bla bla. But If I aint wrong,Hispanics aint a race isn't it? Cause many Hispanics are actually white. So why does the census record it this way?
Yes yes I know not all Hispanics are white,so my point is,why don't they just break down the hispanic group,and split it to white,black groups?
