u.s army in 2011 recruitment?

hey i want to go in to 11bravo for active duty, im currently 16, by 2011 i will be able to go in due to you cant get your ged untill your 18 where i live. once im 18 it will be 2011 what will the army be doing then? will they be cutting back on recruits or will it still be the same where they need more people to join? thanks in advance
