TXT locked up - Razr

All,
Having problems with my Razr. TXT has been woking Ok since activation(3 or 4 weeks). Sent several txt messages this morning. Now I cannot get into Inbox or outbox. Screen freezes. I can only get out by hitting the End button. This happens if I try to go into the inbox, outbox, try to create new message or get into quick message.

If I try to erase all messages it does nothing and kicks me back to main screen.

I have an envelope icon with paperclip on main screen. Is this picture mail?

What can I do to get my TXT working again? Master clear or reset? What exactly do these options do? Can I use MPT to get the message?

SounRAB like something is corrupted somewhere. I would say Try a Master clear (Clear removes User data. Not settings. Just data, text messages, picture messages, bookmarks, pictures, purchased games etc.) if that doesn't work i'd then try a Maser Reset. This pretty much level's out your phone. It makes it the same way it was when you opened the box and turned it on. It wipes *everything* except for OS files. You could try MPT but then again the messages them selfs could be corrupted. If that doesn't work i'd then try to re-flash it.
