TX Resetting in text fields

OK now, every time I try to enter text in a text entry field (such as Pocket Quicken), the darn thing resets. This is happening with any app:

Enter name for new memo
Enter URL in Blazer
Just touching the graffiti area

I know it's some software left over from the old Palm. I know I can do a hard reset, start installing one at a time, but I have lots of stuff here. Anyone heard of this happening? I'd prefer a lead.

Follow up. I think I found it. Jot. I had Jot installed. Thought it was odd that everything happened in the graffiti window. I deleted Jot and (knock on wood), it seems to have stopped resetting.

I've had similar issues with text entry related software (mainly TextPlus). Had to disable it for some apps. Glad you figured it out.
