TX lost versamail

I had to do a hard reset to resolve a WiFi problem and, after finding missing components for a few days, noticed Versamail isn't there.

I don't see a conduit either. I tried to restore the card backup and was informed that the database was in use and could not be copied.

File Manager shows no Versamail anything in RAM. I tried to beam it from another TX but it's locked.

Any ideas how I can get this thing back?

I emailed Palm and they also advised a hard reset. Thing is, I'm concerned about that. It was a hard reset that lost the thing. What'll I lose with another?

I'll probably call Palm and walk through this. Meanwhile, I switched to Snappermail.

If a hard reset does not bring it back then something is wrong with your TX. If you do another hard reset and something else is missing (of the stuff that is in the TX's ROM) then that is just further proof that something is wrong with your device.
 
My VersaMail disappeared off of my Palm a while back. I had to do a hard reset. But it did come back and hasn't disappeared since. I just wanted you to know you aren't alone with the VersaMail .
