TX hot sync problem

I had to replace my old TX with a new one and I can't get the new one to synchronize. It will do the initial synchronization and it appears to be working fine, all of my data and applications appear to have been installed, but when I perform the next sync, the screen goes dark, and it does a soft reset. So there is no sync log to look at to see what is the problem. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions?
 
Do you have any 3rd-party applications installed on your device? Also you might want to go to the Palm, Inc. hotsync troubleshooting page. Go to palm.com, then "support" and then type in "hotsynce troubleshooting" or solution "2630."
