TX Background Picture

Just got a TX last week and trying to put pictures I uploaded as background photos. Problem I'm having is no matter which photo I try to use as background it won't fit whole picture, I thought that it would automatically reduce the size to fit pic. Any help rectifying this would be of great help. Thanks in advance

I don't know a solution to your problem other than what would seem to be the simple route. Reduce the picture before you put it on the TX.
 
Go into your Palm Desktop software, click on Media, find the picture you want to make fit, open it, then click on Crop, then Crop Photo. Should work, I've never had any problems doing it like this.
 
I am currently having the same problem. I tried to edit the picture once I put it in the palm desktop, but the picture is still not centered. I have checked dimensions and have tried to correct this but its just not working for me. What else can I do or what is there to do? Any help would be great.
 
Resize your photo to 480x480 on the PC, not the T|X and it will fit correct landscape and portrait. Make it 320x480 if you only want to use it it portrait.
