2 very different questions, 1 lighter & 1 heavier:
A: If we had a planet-wide eurovision song contest, voting only on political voting, not music, ie 'Who Do I Like?' who do you think would win?
B: What if a country like Iraq or Afg used an electoral Eurovision system for say 30 of its 70 parliamentary seats as follows: the two largest sectarian ethnic groups and a third 'the rest' group of citizens each have to choose among the political parties that represent the other population groups for 10 seats each, so for example the Iraqi Sunni Arabs would have to choose between the biggest Kurdish, Shia and other ethnic minority parties & the one each of these (the two biggest plus a rest) likes best each gets 10 extra seats, on top of the ones they won from their own ethnicity, and with that is more likely to be able to govern. I think this system would encourage ALL parties to be less antagonistic, it would force them to seek approval also from other communities if they ever want to win.
