due to your inability to adequately describe your issues, it is nearly impossible for anyone to give you any sort of answer other than "take it to a human that can help you, not a site full of people on the internet."
how's that for HELPFUL?
you did a HELPFUL job describing where the sound comes from exactly, whether it squeeks while you pedal or not, whether the sound is metalic or not (could be your saddle squeeking if it's a non-metalic sound), if it's constant or when the crank arms are in a certain position... etc.
you just figure bikes make one squeek and if you ask about that one squeek then the internet will help you?
"I want to know the same thing, what caused the wheel to start rotating less, and how can I fix it?"
you need to read your post and re-write it in a manner that other people are left with information to help you with your question.
sounds like you need to place the bicycle out in front of your house for a few days. the problems should go away after that.
final answer: ASK A HUMAN THAT CAN WITNESS SAID PROBLEMS WITH BIKE.
