Two probs. Painful and under the skin. and very oily t zone

All of a sudden, I have two pimples that are under my skin, inflammed and painful.

I'm going to the dermitologist on Monday if I can get an appt. then but what should I do if I can't or in the meantime?

I exfoliate, wash with benyzol peroxide 2x a day, and use a light retinae (I think) rx.

I've also been having problems with my t zone being very oily. If I touch it, it makes my finger shiny. How do I fix it?
