two middle air conditioning ports doesnt work on my 1994 toyota camry. what to do?

i have had this problem on the car for a very long time even when my mom used to drive the car. the driver air conditioning port and the passenger port work but the two middle ones pointing torwards the back of the car dont seem to be working at all..is there any way to fix it?
