I can't remember what these guys are and it's killing me. They're definitely 90's old-school computer games.
One is a game where you type little pages of story and use stamps or pictures and place pictures on the screen on backgrounds. Basically you create a little children's storybook digitally. It was very kid-friendly, with fantasy subjects and bright colors... You just made page after page of story.
The second was a educational game, I think math, set at a carnival. There were lots of mini-games but one I distinctly remember is tossing little darts at balloons. You'd get points and then spend them to get little prizes.
