signal too fast.? On my 1983 Toyota Tercel, the speedometer doesn't work until 35 MPH. Before 35 the needle just goes up and down. Is this fixable? Or would I simply have to replace it? If replaceable, how much would a new one cost and how do I replace it?
The turn signal flashes really fast, and the emergency signal is normal, so I'm assuming the person that had it before me was towing something and needed more power to the turn signal, so added a more powerful unit. How do I replace this?
