Is this once again lack of supervision of kids?
It seems to me extraordinary that a couple of teenage boys were up between 10pm and the following MORNING and no one can account for their movements or who they were with?
Bizarre story.
Det Ch Insp Mark Oliver, of Humberside Police, said: "We are still trying to find out where Daniel and Ryan were from 10pm on Friday until the fire on Saturday morning.
"We also need to know who they were with on Friday evening and Saturday morning at about 4am.
