Twitter Help: My Sister can see my Tweets in his IPhone tho' she isn't following me.?

My Sister can still see my Tweets using his Tweetdeck on her iTouch. I don't really like any family member following me. cuz' my tweets are mainly for my friends and not for the fam. hopefully you feel me. I just dunno why she can see my tweets even though SHE ISNT FOLLOWING ME and I'm on PROTECTED TWEETS
