I already have the Twitter for Android app, Peep for HTC, and Seesmic. I use Seesmic the most but I am willing to get any other Twitter app that will allow me to get notifications on specific user(s) tweets. I believe Echofon for the iPhone does this. Are there any twitter apps out there for Android that allow you to set up notifications like that?
