Twitching

For as long as i can remember, i've always twitched.

Fingers, legs, arms, face, neck.. I have to do them alot of the time.

If i try stop, i get a strange feeling in the area which makes me do it again to get rid of the feeling.

I've got annoyed at it now and seeking advice.

Any advice, thanks.

Most likely you have what is called Benign Muscle Fasiculations. That means benign twitching...it's random and caused by tired muscles or medication like Sudefed etc.. that are like stimulants. I went through this for a year before seeing a Neurologist and a gamit of tests run. Thank God everything was ok and it was my Sudefed and stress level. See your doc just to be sure, but I wouldn't panic. Take care!:angel:
