i loved loved loved the first book, twilight. it had such a delicate, yet, powerful thought into it. i almost cried when i read the part where james was about to kill her. i love the characters in this book. they all have a spcific role in the book. its such a great book! i just want to know if the rest are good. and dont tell me what happens though please :) i want to be surprised....thank you.
and any other love books such as these? thank you all for answering me because my brain wasnt that helpful...aha :D

Oh gosh, i'm only on Eclipse (third one), as of I just started, and I'm absolutely obsessed!!

On New Moon (second one), I read at least 400 pages in one day!!! '

Like you said... GO STEPHENIE MEYER!!!
 
The rest of the series is still amazing. My favourite was Eclipse.

City of Bones- Cassandra Clare
Gemma Doyle trilogy- Libba Bray
Helen of Troy- Margaret George (if you want amazing delicate love stories)
 
I LOVED ALL OF THE OTHER TWILIGHT BOOKS THEY WERE SO AMAZING EXCEPT NEW MOON!!!!!!!!! new moon is what i think the worst and my order of the books are Breaking Dawn, Eclipse, Twilight, and then New moon.

No other book is as good as twilight but here are some i read and liked:

and i like the author Hannah Howel and Joanna Lindsey i like the medevial and highlander books i love them
 
I have the read the entire Twilight series and the unpublished partial manuscript of Midnight Sun (on Stephenie Meyer's website) and I am now reading them all for a second time (I'm on Eclipse). I enjoyed all four with Twilight being my absolute favorite. My favorite quote is from New Moon (I will post so you will have to read it!).

Edward: "Before you, Bella, my life was like a moonless night. Very dark, but there were stars---points of light and reason.....And then you shot across my sky like a meteor. Suddenly everything was on fire; there was brilliancy, there was beauty."

I won't reveal the rest of the quote, because, it will give away the plot of New Moon. Enjoy!
 
new moon and eclipse are equally amazing. breaking dawn however was a complete disappointment.
if you just want to keep the series happy and amazing for you DONT READ BREAKING DAWN.

the vampire diaries by l.j smith are about a human girl that falls in love with a vampire.
also the great and terriable beauty series by libba bray doesnt have vampires or anything but there is a love story in there
 
I just finished reading the first book also.
I just adored the book, and it also made me cry.
I 100% think that the rest will be amazing!
I finished the first book in like 2-3 days, and I couldn't put it down!
 
The rest are great, though New Moon is definitely the worst.

Go to google books and try Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. She writes excellent supernatural romances.

Also, there's Ann Turnbull - she writes historical romances but really, really well...
