TV with built in Freeview but no outdoor aerial?

I have just bought a LCD HD DVD FREEVIEW TV for the bedroom but I have no outdoor aerial - I do have SKY+ in the L/Room but SKY are piss takers and are trying to tell me £130 is a good deal to get multi room especially 5 weeks before Crimbo. How do I get my freeview to work in the bedroom without an outdoor aerial? Thanks
 
you can just plug an aerial into your tv.
You can gett one for quite cheap. the only problem is that you might have to move it around alot to get a good signal on the channels. ive got the same kinda tv as you and i just use a normal arial.
