Ok, I will try to explain this the best way I can. My tv started acting strange. When the tv is turned off you can still hear a slight buzzing sound. When I turn it on, it takes a minute for the picture to appear. Sometimes there is a blue zap across the screen. Then the screen resizes itself ( it narrows the screen and then changes black). There are times when the only way it can get it to turn on i by repeatedly pushing the power button or pushing it in for ablout 20 sec.
