TV shows online for free?

I have found a website called simply www.theofficefree.com, where you can watch "The Office" without downloads, no ads, no surveys, etc. Does anyone know of any other low maintenance websites where you can watch sitcoms like 30 Rock, Will and Grace, How I met your mother, where you don't have to download or answer surveys? I might add that I live in Europe and many of the sites (like NBC.com) don't work for me. Thanks

I agree. Hulu.com is awesome. They have commercials, but not that many and they're not annoying or anything.
