Just bought this TV today, I was so excited to get it home and set up! After screwing around for nearly 2 hours setting up the stupid stand, I finally got it all hooked up. Hooked up the TV w/ the $100 Monster cables that I apparently "need to have"...and the picture looks like total crap. Looks like dead pixels all over the place...on TV that is. On Blu Ray, the picture looks absolutely stunning (even with my cheap-ie HDMI cables) and exactly what I wanted when I paid big bucks for this thing. When troubleshooting the TV through i-Manual it says something about "TV Picture doesn't look as good as the store" and all it says to do is to "refer to specifications" to better configure it. Ok guys - what the hell am I doing wrong? What do I need to do to get the TV picture to look like how my Blu Ray looks? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And yes...i know i know...i got taken for a ride on the Monster cables and both sets are being returned tomorrow!
