tv episodes outside of a.b.tv and a.b.mm?

My service doesn't provide a.b.tv or a.b.mm

are there any other ones i can check for tv episodes?

Easiest would be to go to http://www.newzleech.com and search for an episode and look at the group listing on the right side. There you will see what group the episode is in.
