i have just spoken to someone and basically been told the screen has failed. its a phillips 47inch & only a year old warrenty ran out 2 months ago. how to do i go about getting this sorted? can trading standards help? or can i take out extended warenty now & get it fixed that way? angry is an understatement of how i feel right now, i didnt take out insurance. i need to get this tv sorted. pleease help.
