can someone explain how to make a new file and get to the width and height and tools stuff like that so i can edit a pic. like can someone explain how do i go to file new... every time i do it it ether open a new web or a new tab im new to this and i would like for someone to give me good directions on how to create a new file and fix a pic. if you cant explain on here then can someone email it to me or make one for me something i just need help i dnt know a friend that can do it for me ive so many of mi friends but its not working
