hmmm.... the way you did it if i understand is that you added the internet.com tcp WHILE on the 15$ correct ? you will get charged for setting up opera.
Now if you removed the tcp settings and the wap browser doesnt work while opera still does then you succeeded .

As for the 15+2mb just call rogers and make sure you dont have it. If they offer it say you dont want it because you know you will go over and you dont want to take a chance. which is totally honest.

Well thank you very much ranxoren for the service books. If I could give your more + I would.

It erased all my service books, and seems to have f'd up my theme, but Google Talk works.

I could not get it to only add your service books, the desktop mgr says it will replace what is on the device with what is in the backup file.

Oh well, at least it works.

glad to know it works for u now and btw if u setup jabber on ur msn account u can use msn messenger on gtalk too
 
exactly. Right now after setting it up while having 15 plan i had the tcp settings on my BB set to internet.com right after the setup i have went to advanced -> TCP and cleared it, it is blank now, so nothing work but the opera. Do i have to change anything in the opera settings ?


PS my protocol in opera is http, so is this so far looking good?
 
yay, thanks so much, finally i get unlimited free interent, rogers finally returning something back after all of my investments.

Will replacing all my service books with yours cause anything bad to happen? We both are on Rogers $15 plan after all...
 
Good idea, got it resent. A lot of entries re-appeared, things like my email routing, the Rogers Do More stuff. Probably a recommended step :P.
 
ranxoren.. I noticed that there was a Live Search service book in that bundle you posted. Did you try live search with HTTP when those service books are installed?
