Been using Ice wax for years. I like it because I can get in on anything and it works. Use large doses on the Chevy Avalanche plastic and it has that 2004 looking new.

The do make a vinyl/leather protector now too. I have it, but have not used it yet.

Agreed on the humid issues.

I've used TWI for a couple of years. I think it is a good product for what it is. I wash my bikes regularly and think it works well. However, if I washed less I'd go with a more traditional wax that would last longer between scrubs... In my experience it works best with darker colors.

p.s. then again there's always Lemon Pledge...

I go with the Tech Wax for the darker colors. The father in law builds hot rods and he swears by the stuff for the dark colors. It seems to last quite a lot longer than the spray waxes and does the same as the ICE with the moldings and others stuff. Once a year I do a total buff job with swirl remover, light cut, and a glaze. Then buff a coat of Tech Wax on and good to go. Bike and the both the trucks get the works. The clear these days if really toucg if you take care of it the right way.

Either you had something weird on the bike or you didn't use it right. I've yet to find anything faster or cheaper than Pledge, and I have one of almost everything. Maybe a bad can? I've never had streaks.

..yes, that stuff is great..even on the windshield..but if ya wanna get really intense about it, go with http://www.zainostore.com/

If you want the best shine there is with out the elbow greese you got to try the car wash from LXR luster lab,, Just wash your bike -- says you dont have to dry it but I do and it looks like you worked all day on it. check it out I use it on all of my vehicles
