When I turn the volume down on my TV it also controls the volume that goes through the headset. I want to keep the volume on my headset up while having the volume on the TV low. The RCA plugs are connected to the A/V cable (dongle) which is connected to the Xbox not the TV. I also have hdmi which is why i have the A/V cable. The Xbox volume is all the way up but when i try and turn the volume on my TV down with the remote it also turns the headset volume down but nothing is connected to the TV other than the hdmi cable. I tried muting the TV but it also muted the headset. Why is this and how can I fix it? Thanks.
