I just got a turtle beach x1 and i plugged it in (every wire is in correct spot) and i was pumped to play with it. I turn it on and i only can hear the games sounds in the right ear. All the voices are of my party are in the left ear. I plugged just the white wires in and i hear it on the right side and the same with the red wires i switched them and... same thing. Is there a way to fix this and/or what is the problem
