HC, most live-ins get their own room, a little spending money each week, access to the family car, and at least one day off a week. sounds like you need a better contract negotiator...your deal is raw!
what you should do is go through help wanted ads and show them the standard most live-ins receive and ask if there's anything they can do to help you out. if they say no, don't object just respond to those ads you've highlighted and start looking for a new job.
