Turning an outdoor dog into an indoor dog!?

Im planning on moving in to an apartment and my 15 month old chocolate lab has to come with me. I will be working so I wont be able to be with him as much as i want so how can i train him to be in an indoor dog? Any hints or suggestions? Thanks!
 
First crate train you puppy! Then you will need to house train your dog. Make sure you puppy get allot of exercise before you go to work and when you get home. If you dog is left home alone to long he will get board and chew tings up and may bark allot which will upset your neighbers. the best thing to do is to higher some one to stay with your dog while youare work ot take your dog to a dogie day care!
