I dance a ton every week but dont have my middle splits down, which means when i do plies, my knee does not go fully over my foot. instead it goes inward. because off this i get pain in my knees a lot and when i stand with my feet parallel, my knee go a little inward. i want help but i don't want to have my teacher or therapist make me stop dancing!!!!! what are some things i can do to help my knees feel better and turn back out?!
